ABOUT LEA DAWN

Lea is a presentation coach turned relationship hacker. She spent two years under the guidance of Stacey and Paul Martino of RelationshipDevelopment.org in their transformational RelationshipU mastermind group studying NVC concepts, the human needs framework, and how the interplay of masculine and feminine energies impacts relationships. Her heartfelt account of using elevated communication skills to consciously uncouple from her ex-husband is featured in the Martino’s bestseller book with Hal Elrod, The Miracle Morning for Transforming Your Relationship.

Today, Lea teaches elements of SPARC to her presentation students in helping them leverage the human needs framework to better intuit the needs of their audiences and stakeholders. She uses SPARC herself in her romantic, familial, friend and parental relationships and is especially passionate about equipping children with conscious communication skills to empower them for a more harmonious future.
