ABOUT THE SPARC TEAMWe Will Empower You with Better Communication Tools for Life
Shai and Lea believe that even the most challenging relationship conflicts can be defused with the right communication tools and commitment to showing up as your best self every day.
Please note: we are not couples therapists. We are coaches who can empower you with a specific communication toolset that will enable you to create fulfilling relationships and navigate your own unique challenges.
Founder + SPARC Master Coach
Shai started his marketing company when he was only 19 years old and has been a successful serial entrepreneur for 25 years. The experience of managing thousands of people and diffusing many conflicts over the years was the perfect breeding ground for The S.P.A.R.C. Method.
The method really became complete when Shai was inspired to explore several communication models ranging from Dale Carnegie, Imago Relationship Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Non-Violent Communication (NVC). He ended up blending the best from all of these modalities to make SPARC the powerful communication blueprint we teach today.
Co-Founder + SPARC Coach
Lea is a presentation coach turned relationship hacker. She spent two years under the guidance of Stacey and Paul Martino of RelationshipDevelopment.org in their transformational RelationshipU mastermind group studying NVC concepts, the human needs framework, and how the interplay of masculine and feminine energies impacts relationships. Her heartfelt account of using elevated communication skills to consciously uncouple from her ex-husband is featured in the Martino’s bestseller book with Hal Elrod, The Miracle Morning for Transforming Your Relationship.
Today, Lea teaches elements of SPARC to her presentation students in helping them leverage the human needs framework to better intuit the needs of their audiences and stakeholders. She uses SPARC herself in her romantic, familial, friend and parental relationships and is especially passionate about equipping children with conscious communication skills to empower them for a more harmonious future.
